Refund & Cancellation Terms
Eligibility for a refund at JTWorks Learning is strictly contingent upon the type of educational service purchased. For our on-demand academy courses, students are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that no more than 20% of the course content has been accessed or downloaded. We believe in providing value, and this window allows you to ensure the curriculum aligns with your professional growth goals.
Consulting and one-on-one coaching sessions operate under a different framework due to the immediate allocation of expert resources. Cancellation of a scheduled session must occur at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time to receive a credit for future use. Refunds for consulting deposits are available only if a written request is submitted within 72 hours of the initial contract signing, before strategic assessment work has commenced.
Processing of approved refunds is handled methodically to ensure accuracy and security. Once a refund is authorized by our admin department, the funds will be issued back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that digital strategy implementations and custom e-learning builds, once delivered, are generally non-refundable due to the intellectual property and labor involved.
